Grammar

N부터

starting from / first

Form

Noun + 부터 — “from / starting with / first” depending on order.

Function

Marks the starting point of a time sequence or the item dealt with first. It need not denote a time.

Why this form?

N에서부터 — “from a place”: explicitly marks a spatial starting point.

N먼저 — “first”: marks priority without attaching a starting-point particle directly to the noun.
