Why this form?
-도록 하다 (“make sure that”) emphasizes actions directed toward a result; -게 두다 (“let”) emphasizes allowance or non-intervention.
How to build it
Attach -게 to the stem, then conjugate 두다 for tense and politeness: -게 둬요, -게 뒀어요, -게 두지 않을게요.
